Apple is in serious trouble for the decision it took nearly two years ago from now. During their 2020’s October Event, the company decided to stop including the charging adapters with their upcoming iPhone 12 Series.

Manifesting the criticism it’d receive, Apple backed this absurdity with their concerns regarding the environment. During a dedicated segment, Apple’s VP of environment, policy and social initiatives, Lisa Jackson, dropped the bomb in a sophisticated baritone. Lisa stated that Apple aims to cause zero negative impact on the globe by 2030. Everyone’s first impressions were, “yeah, this sound’s great. Go Apple!” But no one knew what Apple had in store for them next. Or, in this case, what Apple didn’t have in store for them.

Lisa went ahead with justifying the elimination of charging adapters and wired earphones from the upcoming iPhone boxes by presuming that everyone already had a functioning pair of these accessories lying in their homes.
