iOS 18.3 — It’s So Crucial!
Everything new in the latest iOS 18.3 firmware update
Apple just released the public version of the iOS 18.3 update and it’s available for download as you read this. Now, I’ve been testing its beta versions for almost a month.
Typically, the iOS x.3 updates are more optimization-centric and do not offer a ton of changes, but this time around, it’s kinda more than just performance. Also, each year, Apple adds a new Unity wallpaper with different variations to compensate for the lack of new features, but it seems that Apple designers were too lazy this year. Hopefully, we’ll see them in the 18.3.1 update or maybe in the 18.4 beta version by next week.
Now surely Apple has fixed a few of the major bugs present since the initial release of iOS 18.0, but not all. I’ll mention the bugs at the end of this story.
For now, let’s focus on the new changes brought by iOS 18.3:
