iOS 18.2 — It’s Here and It’s Marvelous
Everything new in the latest iOS 18.2 firmware update
Apple just recently released the release candidate of the much-awaited update to iOS 18.2, nearly two months after the release of the iOS 18.1 update. The public version shall soon be available, most probably by the time you’re reading this.
Honestly, the 18.2 update is even more exciting than I expected it to be. Mainly because it brings more essential features to the actual iPhone than just the Apple Intelligence part of it that isn’t available to many people because their iPhone is too old to support it or because they aren’t from an eligible country.
Speaking of eligible countries, Apple has expanded this list with the iOS 18.2 update. Now, Apple Intelligence is supported in the UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and South Africa. So, congratulations if you’re from these countries. However, it’ll only be supported for localised English.
