First things first, this isn’t to please any of the Medium staff. Apart from being a creator here, I am also an author who has his work available on Kindle and Audible in the form of novels and audiobooks. So, I have no motive to be biased towards one platform. This is just my honest opinion as a reader and a techy, not as a writer.

“But Mr Geek, you aren’t even a member of Medium.” — a random dude in the comments.

I am! It’s just that I use a separate account for reading. I have it signed in on my leisure iPad Mini 5th Generation, which I only use for reading, learning, and note-taking. Moreover, I am a heavy-duty consumer of the literature. I’ve been using the Kindle and Audible apps almost every other day since 2017.

Having clarified that, let me explain to you my take on why I feel a Medium subscription is better than Kindle and Audible combined:

1. Unlimited Content at a Lower Price
