I’m a 28-year-old male. My social circle is full of ambitious people who cannot stand the fact that someone of their age can indulge themselves in video games. Especially when they know that most of the video games aren’t free and costs money.
I’m sure you must have such people around you too, who question the choice of your pastime and ridicule it. In such a scenario you should ask yourself, “Are they really ambitious or just pretending to be?” After all, everyone has a pastime activity that has no relevance to their productivity.
In my case, the people who ridicule my decision to buy video games are the people who have zero to less experience of it. Mostly because they didn’t have the right machine or a console to play it on, to know how video games can impact one in a very positive manner.
