Here’s Why Apple Watch Ultra Will Fail Miserably
The best smartwatch by Apple is far from being the best
Apple, on September 7th, unveiled seven new products in three different categories — smartphones, smartwatches and wireless earbuds. The entire event was a massive turn-on. All thanks to the stunningly gorgeous iPhone 14 Pro series and the much-improved AirPods Pro second-generation. The two products were the answer to our (Apple fanboy’s) prayers. Apple went a step ahead to justify the meaning of ‘Pro’ in these devices.
But sadly, this cannot be said for the entire line of products. Where there’s good, there has to be something evil. And no, I’m not talking about myself. Before the announcement of the iPhones and AirPods, Apple revealed the most underwhelming batch of Apple Watches — the Series 8, the SE (second-generation) and the Ultra.
While Series 8 and SE were poor upgrades to their previous models, the Apple Watch Ultra was definitely the most outstanding watch of them all. It was huge, rugged and had a unique appeal to it. But that doesn’t make it a great smartwatch in any manner. In fact, in my opinion, the Apple Watch Ultra will fail miserably in the smartwatch industry. Here’s why:
