Here’s How You Can Record Calls on iOS 18 With Any iPhone

I can’t believe, Apple did it. The call recording functionality has been finally brought to iOS 18. And the best part is that it’s available on all iPhone models that support the iOS 18 update, including the iPhone XS and 11 models.

Now, Apple addressed this feature at the announcement of iOS 18 while discussing the Apple Intelligence features. At first, everyone was expecting this to be a feature reserved for the newer iPhone 15 Pro and 16 models since it was announced in the Apple Intelligence segment, but that wasn’t the case. Apple surprised us by making this feature available for every iPhone model that supports iOS 18.

But there’s a catch! Unlike the Apple Intelligence-compatible models, the older iPhones will be lacking the live transcription of the call recording. Users will only be able to save the call recordings as an audio file.
