Apple, today, is hands down the most influential company in the tech business. With over 1.3 billion active iPhone users, the company owns the majority of the smartphone market by a huge percentage.

With such a high volume of consumers, it’s every developer’s dream when it comes to getting their app available on the App Store.

Valued at over 2 trillion dollars, Apple has made its place in both, the product, as well as, service industry.

Despite making the most of its annual business from selling hardware products, Apple, in 2022, generated 30% of its annual revenue from its digital service module.

iCloud, Apple Music and Apple TV are only a few digital services to name. But hardly anyone discusses the revenue Apple generates from its App Store. Hardly anyone knows about the infamous Apple Tax.
