Over the years, Apple has gained popularity for being the best innovator of premium-class products in the tech market. But best doesn’t always mean perfect.

Apple as a business is doing exceptionally well. Its revenues are touching outer space. iPhones have been the highest-sold smartphone for a decade consecutively. Even in a declining computer market, Macs are making huge profits. But things are different when we consider Apple as a manufacturer.

In the competitive, ever-growing tech industry, Apple is behaving like a century-old bakery that doesn’t care whether its loyal customers need modifications on their bagels. The sheer arrogance comes from the position Apple’s at.

Even though the Apple ecosystem might appeal perfect to an outsider, only the left-winged citizens of the ecosystem are aware of its reality. These left-winged rebels admire the company and are patriotic towards it, but at the same time, they demand a revolution for the sake of good. I, the Evil Geek, am a part of the clan, and I’m here to explain why Apple is far from perfection.

Hardware-wise

We have got some amazing hardware from Apple in the past couple of years. Look at the iPhone 14 Pro for instance. The Dynamic Island is a feature to propose marriage to. The latest AirPods are worthy upgrades with needy improvements. The recent MacBooks, too, with this whole new redesign. Sure, I agree. But what about the quality of these devices? No one wants to speak on that.

There was a time when Apple products were not only cool in terms of innovation and features but had a sturdy built quality that would justify their price. That was during the era of Steve Jobs. But in present, the current situation of Apple is the complete opposite of it.

Apple sells its line of wireless earphones, the AirPods, at the price of a decent Android smartphone. We, Apple fanboys, don’t shed a tear while purchasing these $200 plus AirPods. Yet, Apple gives us no choice but to regret this decision. If you own a pair of AirPods, it’s safe to assume that there is a visible black seam on either one of the two buds. That is the case with almost every pair…
